Tell Us A Bit About Yourself... I am a psychic Medium, Reiki Master/Teacher & crystal therapist. I started seeing  spirit as a child but I didn't realise they were spirit at first and was discouraged from talking about them. However, they never went away and I came to realise that they were my friends and eventually I started to work with them.

I do private readings for people, public demonstrations of clairvoyance, teach workshops - educating and developing people in their psychic/spiritual skills. I also hold spiritual development circles, paranormal events and psychic detective work. I have attuned a number of people to Reiki - taking some as far as their teacher's level. I love working with crystals and hold crystal evenings once a month as well as running crystal workshops and offering crystal Reiki.

Last year I teamed up with Jeanette and we opened Crystalline Spiritual & Holistic Centre. We wanted to combine both the spiritual and holistic under one roof, and this we achieved, offering a wide range of both.

What Is Your Book About? Give a brief precis of what your book is about in less than 300 words. My book is about spirit and how you can work with them. I have given a brief history of parts of my life where I feel it is relevant in order to help people understand more about what I am teaching. It includes how I first met spirit, the loss of various family members and spirit's influence on me and help at the time. My book has a number of easy to follow exercises and covers topics such as:

• Angels
• Chakras and auras
• Crystals
• Pet's psychic abilities
• Meditation
• Meeting your door keeper
• And lots, lots more.

Who Is It Aimed At? It's aimed at anyone who has an interest in the spiritual realms, or who would like to know more and develop their own psychic abilities. 

What Inspired You To Write It? Spirit told me to write it and spirit kept telling me until I finally listened to them, then they took over and chanelled most of it for me.

What Would You Like Your Readers To Get From Your Book? A practical and inspiring guide to how spirit works as well as sharing some very interesting personal experiences which may well make them both laugh and cry! 

When Did You First Realise That You Wanted To Write This Book? I was told by another medium about five years ago that I would write it and I laughed at them. I guess I really accepted that I would write it about two and a half years ago - not long before I started it.

What Gave You The Push To Get Published? Spirit - there is no point in writing a book just to leave it sat on your computer is there?

Did You Have Any Difficulty In Getting Published?  No, mu main problem was deciding who was right for me to approach to publish my work. I'm extremely pleased with the choice I made.

What Hurdles Did You Face Whilst Writing & How Did You Overcome Them? I was ill a lot and the only way to overcome the illness and alleviate the pain was to sit at my computer and type. As I did, time would fly by as spirit took over. My main problem was they went so fast I kept missing words out.

How Did It Feel Seeing Your Book In Real Life For The 1st Time? I was thrilled. It felt like a real achievement.

Do You Have Any Tips For Our Budding Authors? If you are serious and it is what you want to do, 'go for it' and don't let anyone put you off. If at first you don't succeed in getting published keep trying as this can be the hardest part.

What's Next For You? Well, I've already started book number two!
